About Team Prentice
Tom is based on Auckland’s North Shore, with his wife Laura and two young daughters. He has over 15 years’ experience as a plumber and gasfitter, having worked both here in Auckland and in Australia. He is a Registered Master Plumber and is certified by the PGDB (Plumbers, Gas Fitters & Drainlayers Board)
Prentice Solutions has a great team of plumbers, who are down to earth, hardworking, friendly and reliable. The team have a wide range of skills in plumbing, gas fitting, drainage and roofing. They use job management software, Fergus, to make sure everything is recorded and runs smoothly for your job.
The Prentice Solutions administrative team are always there to answer your calls and emails. They are your first port of call when you ring for help or advice and to solve all those account and invoicing requirements. This team is so onto it, they even use smart job management software, Fergus, so they will always be able to tell you everything about your job: when, who, how much and most importantly, what’s happening.
